If you’ve been to New York City lately, you’ll know that all anyone is talking about is Punchdrunk’s eerily haunting production of its Macbeth-inspired play, “Sleep No More”. The experience is beyond your wildest fantasies. Set in over 100 rooms through six stories of adjoining warehouses in West Chelsea, Sleep No More leaves the viewer trying to find their way through a spooky hospital, mossy gardens and bloody bedrooms.
Guests are required to wear white masks while exploring the space giving you the anonymity required to fall deep into your environments. ”Fortune favors the brave,” we were told by an usher when we last visited. Losing yourself in the detail while trying to find your way through the dark and cavernous chambers is your first point of practice.
